Fatal Car Accident On West Howard Street

There was a fatal car accident Thursday night, March 28, in the 2900 block of West Howard Street in Chicago.

According to Chicago Police, the accident happened at approximately 9:10 p.m., when a 1993 Honda was driving¬†eastbound on Howard Street “at a high speed” when it veered off the roadway and struck a tree.

One person, Kevoyn Cox, 18, of Evanston, died following the accident, and four others were injured and taken to area hospitals.
